The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 51.73 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 342.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.15 per cent at Rs 196.58 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 196.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.68 per cent to Rs 174.16 crore from Rs 206.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 94.70 per cent at Rs 51.83 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 26.62 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 331.85 per cent to Rs 22.42 crore as against Rs -9.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 332.38 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 0.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 952.89 per cent at Rs 12.74 crore (Sep'25 Rs 1.21 crore).
