The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.75 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 34.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.39 per cent at Rs 286.76 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 364.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.45 per cent to Rs 252.31 crore from Rs 313.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 7.19 per cent at Rs 12.37 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 11.54 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 33.17 per cent to Rs 34.45 crore as against Rs 51.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.00 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 6.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.38 crore, while Taxation decreased by 31.98 per cent at Rs 7.70 crore (Sep'25 Rs 11.32 crore).
