Pidilite Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has granted 3000 stock options under ESOS-2012 on November 09, 2016 as per the following vesting schedule:

1) 1500 stock options which will vest on November 09, 2017.

2) 1500 stock options which will vest on November 09, 2018.

Exercise price will be Re.1/- per share for the above mentioned 3000 stock options. ESOS-2012 has an exercise period of not over 5 years from the date of vesting.
