Lakshmi Overseas Industries Ltd has informed BSE that on November 14, 2016, Audit committee of the Company in its meeting discussed the financial results of the Company and sought certain clarifications. Audit Committee also stated that in view of SEBI circular dated July 05, 2015, submission of quarterly financial results (for quarter ended September 30, 2016) can be made upto December 14, 2016.

Accordingly, Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, discussed and decided to defer the approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2016.
