Benchmark equity indices BSE SENSEX and NIFTY 50 advanced on Thursday, aided by value buying, easing market volatility, and firm global cues amid optimism over the ongoing US-China talks.

At 12:25 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 75408.51 up by 799.53 points or by 1.07 % and then NSE Nifty was at 23650.65 up by 238.05 points or by 1.02 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 75495.08 and intraday low of 74526.77 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 23702.5 and intraday low of 23426.55

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Rs. 1846.50,+3.27%), HDFC Bank Ltd. (Rs. 770.00,+2.72%), Eternal Ltd. (Rs. 243.85,+2.50%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd. (Rs. 1771.00,+2.01%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Rs. 1856.90,+1.78%), among others.
