Market benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty rebounded on Wednesday led by IT stocks, HDFC Bank and fresh foreign fund inflows.

At 10:40 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 77619.02 up by 853.1 points or by 1.11 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24225.3 up by 239.95 points or by 1 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 77641.66 and intraday low of 77333.24 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 24235.5 and intraday low of 24136.75

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Infosys Ltd. (Rs. 1152.00,+4.18%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (Rs. 2104.15,+4.00%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (Rs. 3949.00,+3.03%), Tata Steel Ltd. (Rs. 187.60,+2.68%), Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Rs. 1949.05,+2.45%), among others.

The top losers of the BSE Sensex pack were Bharat Electronics Ltd. (Rs. 382.40,-1.73%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd. (Rs. 1760.00,-0.97%), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (Rs. 283.25,-0.72%), InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. (Rs. 5234.50,-0.66%), Axis Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1219.15,-0.34%), among others.
